President - Bro. Malique Williams

Greetings,

I am Malique Williams, and I am honored to serve as President of the Gamma Rho Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Our chapter was established on the prestigious campus of Purdue University on Saturday, April 24th, 1948, and we proudly bear the distinction of being the 82nd House of Alpha. Our legacy is one of remarkable distinction, exemplifying our commitment to excellence and our integral role as contributors to the upliftment of our community.

For decades, the men of Gamma Rho have embodied the true essence of leadership and service. We have consistently demonstrated our dedication to academic excellence and community betterment, leaving an indelible mark on every facet of Alpha leadership. Our guiding principle, the "Gamma Rho Standard”, has served as the foundation for our impactful endeavors, with a specific focus on educational empowerment and leadership enrichment within our communities.

As we reflect on 75 years of purposeful existence, we stand poised to extend our influence on a national level with unwavering determination. Our commitment to propelling our communities forward remains resolute. We steadfastly advance national initiatives that promote political and social awareness, offer mentorship to our youth, and provide essential support to our fellow brothers and families in need. Our impact reaches far beyond our Fraternity, as our members take on leadership roles within the District of Indiana and throughout the West Lafayette community. We continue to wield our influence across various spheres within Purdue University and beyond.

In expressing our appreciation for your interest in delving into the essence of Gamma Rho, we extend an invitation for inquiries and connections. Reach out to me or any esteemed brother within our active chapter and let us collectively stride forward to create a legacy that epitomizes excellence.

Fraternally Yours,

Gamma Rho, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
